Seeking a skilled Senior Automation Tester / SDET with 4-6 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud. This role involves developing and maintaining both manual and automated test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and release cycles.

Key responsibilities include building scalable automation frameworks, reusable libraries, and data-driven test assets. You will also be instrumental in analyzing defects, resolving automation issues, and collaborating closely with development and functional teams to enhance quality and efficiency. A strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules and Agile delivery practices is essential.

Develop and manage manual and automation test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud projects and updates. Build and maintain robust automation frameworks, reusable code libraries, and data-driven test components. Diagnose and troubleshoot automation failures, working in tandem with development and functional experts. Contribute to increasing automation coverage, generating quality metrics reports, and assessing release readiness.

Proven experience as an Automation Tester or SDET, with 4 to 6 years focused on Oracle HCM Cloud. Demonstrated ability in creating and maintaining manual and automation test scripts. Experience in designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks and reusable libraries. Proficiency in analyzing defects and resolving automation-related issues. Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and hands-on experience with Opkey. Strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules is a must.
