This role focuses on integrating shop floor equipment, PLCs, and automation systems with the DELMIA Apriso Manufacturing Execution System (MES). The objective is to ensure real-time connectivity, efficient data collection, and seamless communication between manufacturing equipment and business systems.

Design, develop, and implement machine integrations with DELMIA Apriso MES. Configure and support communication between PLCs, SCADA systems, machines, and Apriso applications. Develop interfaces using various industrial protocols and web services. Integrate Apriso with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. Configure data collection, production tracking, OEE, downtime, and quality management. Create technical documentation and troubleshoot integration issues. Participate in MES deployment, testing, and validation activities. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required. A minimum of 3 years of experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is essential. Hands-on experience with DELMIA Apriso MES development and configuration is necessary. Proficiency in integrating manufacturing equipment and PLCs, along with knowledge of manufacturing communication protocols like OPC UA, MQTT, and Modbus, is crucial. Strong SQL and database skills are required, as is experience with web services, REST APIs, XML, and JSON. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and Industry 4.0 concepts is also important.
