We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer proficient in UiPath to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining automation solutions across various business applications.

Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of RPA principles and UiPath's comprehensive suite of tools, enabling them to design, build, and deploy efficient automation workflows. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality, robust automation solutions.

This opportunity is based at our BirLaSoft Office in Hinjawadi, Pune.

Develop and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath, focusing on both attended and unattended bots.

Integrate automation workflows with various business applications, including SAP, Oracle, and other ERP systems.

Create and maintain essential documentation, such as Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).

Utilize UiPath's advanced capabilities like Document Understanding, AI Centre, and Action Centre to enhance automation processes.

Manage and monitor automation processes effectively through UiPath Orchestrator, including scheduling and queue management.

A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in the IT industry with hands-on RPA development is required.

Demonstrated expertise in UiPath RPA, encompassing Studio, Orchestrator, and bot development.

Experience with API integrations, web services, and robust exception handling within automation workflows is essential.

Familiarity with UiPath Maestro, Agent Builder, and Studio Web BPMN modelling is highly advantageous.

Strong analytical and debugging skills are necessary to ensure the reliability and efficiency of automation solutions.
