Seeking a skilled Subcontractor to enhance and maintain our Infor M3 environment. This role involves developing custom solutions, building system integrations, and ensuring smooth operation of Infor M3 functionalities. You will be instrumental in driving technical excellence and supporting business needs.

This position focuses on leveraging Infor M3's capabilities to deliver robust customizations, extensions, and seamless integrations with external systems. Your expertise will be crucial in developing reports, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and supporting the full lifecycle of Infor M3 deployments.

Develop and maintain Infor M3 customizations, extensions, and integrations. Build and support interfaces between M3 and external systems using APIs, ION, or other integration tools. Work extensively with M3 programs, data structures, workflows, and business events. Create reports, extracts, and data transformations aligned with business requirements. Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement effective fixes. Assist with upgrades, deployments, testing, and production releases. Document technical designs, configurations, and support procedures meticulously. Collaborate effectively with functional consultants, developers, and business users.

Proven experience in developing and maintaining Infor M3 customizations and integrations. Strong understanding of M3 programs, data structures, workflows, and business events. Proficiency in building interfaces using APIs, ION, or similar integration tools. Experience in developing reports and data transformations. Solid troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills. Familiarity with software upgrade, deployment, and release processes. Excellent documentation and communication abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with stakeholders.
