Seeking a skilled Senior Developer to lead Windchill PLM initiatives. This role involves driving customization, configuration, and integration projects to align with enterprise engineering goals. The ideal candidate will enhance critical PLM components and ensure seamless system operation.

Spearhead Windchill PLM customization, configuration, and integration efforts. Develop and refine Windchill workflows, UI elements, info structures, and access control. Design and implement Java-based Windchill extensions including utilities, services, adapters, and business logic. Facilitate integrations between Windchill and other enterprise systems like ERP, CAD, MES, and document management. Collaborate closely with business analysts and architects to transform requirements into effective technical designs. Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and tune PLM environments. Mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Support Windchill upgrades, patch deployments, and data migration activities. Contribute to DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and API integrations for modern PLM development.

A minimum of 6 years of direct experience with PTC Windchill PLM versions 10.x, 11.x, or 12.x is essential. Demonstrated expertise in Java, JSP, XML, JavaScript, and RESTful services for PLM customization is required. Strong proficiency in understanding and manipulating the Windchill Data Model, Type Manager, Workflow Engine, and Access Control Rules (ACLs). Proven experience customizing PDMLink, ProjectLink, Change Management, and Parts/Document modules. Familiarity with WTServices, Info*Engine, JCA/UI Customizations, and Windchill extension frameworks. Working knowledge of SQL databases (Oracle/SQL Server) and server-side deployment scripts. Experience with build tools (Ant, Maven), version control systems (Git), and deployment automation tools is necessary.
