Seeking a seasoned ServiceNow ITOM Architect to spearhead the design, implementation, and technical oversight of a Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution, seamlessly integrated with Microsoft PKI/Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS).

This role demands hands-on technical leadership across core ServiceNow ITOM functionalities, including Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, and intricate integrations with enterprise PKI platforms. Close collaboration with Security, IAM, Infrastructure, Cloud, and DevSecOps teams is paramount for successful project delivery, ensuring operational readiness, and facilitating knowledge transfer.

Take the lead in architecting and deploying the ServiceNow Certificate Lifecycle Management solution, providing expert guidance to development and implementation teams. Responsibilities include reviewing solution designs, configurations, integrations, and technical outputs, ensuring strict adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance. Troubleshooting complex technical challenges and offering expert resolution guidance will be key.

Drive implementation for ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, and associated modules. Define and implement robust processes for certificate discovery, inventory, ownership, and lifecycle management. Establish accurate certificate-to-CMDB relationships and data models, while championing CMDB governance, reconciliation, and data quality initiatives. Configure comprehensive monitoring, reporting dashboards, and timely certificate expiry notifications.

Lead integration efforts between ServiceNow and Microsoft ADCS, developing and overseeing API-based integrations and automation workflows. Collaborate closely with Infrastructure and IAM teams to streamline certificate provisioning and lifecycle automation. Support all testing, deployment, and production rollout phases.

Design intuitive workflows for certificate request, issuance, renewal, revocation, and expiry management. Support the implementation of effective Certificate Lifecycle Management processes and controls. Partner with Security and Infrastructure teams to establish clear certificate governance standards, ensuring full compliance with enterprise PKI and certificate management policies.

A minimum of 10 years of experience is required for this role.

Desired certifications include ServiceNow CSA, CIS – Discovery, CIS – CMDB, and Certified Application Developer (CAD), alongside Microsoft ADCS/Windows Server and Identity & Access Management certifications.
