Seeking an Automation Analyst with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud to join our team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts for various Oracle HCM modules.

Ideal candidates will leverage their analytical skills to translate business requirements into robust automation solutions. The position involves ensuring high test coverage and quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include creating and running automated test scripts for Core HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management within Oracle HCM Cloud. You will analyze business needs to build reusable automation components and comprehensive regression suites.

Furthermore, this role requires conducting functional, integration, and regression testing, maintaining meticulous test coverage, and collaborating closely with stakeholders. Supporting CI/CD pipelines, analyzing defects, generating test reports, and ongoing automation maintenance are also crucial aspects.

A minimum of 6 to 9 years of experience in automation testing is required, with a strong emphasis on Oracle HCM Cloud. Proficiency in designing and executing automated test scripts for Core HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management modules is essential.

Mandatory experience with Opkey is a strict requirement for this position. The ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into effective automation components is also critical. Experience with CI/CD execution and defect analysis will be highly beneficial.
