Seeking an Automation Tester with 2-4 years of dedicated Oracle HCM experience to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and functionality of our Oracle HCM Cloud applications.

You will play a key part in the entire testing lifecycle, contributing to the successful delivery of robust software solutions. Your expertise will directly impact the quality of our client's HR processes.

Develop and execute both automated and manual test cases for Oracle HCM Cloud applications, focusing on Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits.

Engage in requirement reviews, test case design, meticulous defect tracking, and thorough regression testing.

Create and maintain automation scripts, manage test data, and support ongoing test execution cycles to ensure continuous quality assurance.

A minimum of 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM testing is essential.

Proficiency in developing and executing automated test scripts, alongside manual testing methodologies.

Familiarity with tools such as OpKey is required. Experience collaborating with QA leads and functional consultants to meet project timelines is also important.
