Seeking a Senior Automation Tester/SDET with a strong background in both manual and automation testing, specifically within Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and releases. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our Oracle HCM offerings.

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the Oracle HCM suite and be adept at driving automation initiatives.

This is a full-time, onsite position located in Hinjawadi, Pune.

Develop and manage robust manual and automation test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud. Design and implement scalable automation frameworks, reusable code libraries, and data-driven testing components. Analyze and resolve defects, troubleshoot automation execution failures, and collaborate effectively with development and functional teams.

Key responsibilities include enhancing automation coverage, generating quality metrics reports, and contributing to release readiness evaluations.

A minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience is required, with a significant portion dedicated to Oracle HCM Cloud environments. Proven expertise in manual and automation testing methodologies is essential. Experience with Agile delivery processes and familiarity with tools like Opkey are highly valued. The role requires a proactive approach to quality assurance and a commitment to continuous improvement.
