Seeking a skilled Subcontractor with robust experience in Performance Testing to join our Testing Services team. This role is crucial for designing and executing comprehensive performance tests for enterprise applications.

Focus areas include analyzing Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), developing detailed test plans and scenarios, and conducting volumetric analysis. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly to identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.

The primary responsibilities involve designing and executing performance test scripts using JMeter or Blazemeter in a distributed environment. You will be accountable for analyzing NFRs, preparing test plans and scenarios, and performing volumetric analysis.

This role also requires hands-on script execution, participation in performance bottleneck analysis and fixes, and managing test execution. Regular communication of progress and issues through status reports is essential.

A strong background in Industry Performance Testing is mandatory. Proficiency in JMeter (or Blazemeter) for designing and executing performance tests is a must-have requirement. Candidates must possess hands-on experience executing JMeter scripts in a distributed setup.
