Seeking an experienced Subcontractor to lead data analytics strategy, design, and architecture. This role requires deep expertise in Snowflake, Matillion Cloud, and AWS Cloud Services for end-to-end data solutions.

We are looking for a seasoned professional to drive the design and development of robust data platforms within large-scale enterprise environments. Your contributions will be critical in shaping innovative data solutions.

You will be responsible for designing and developing ETL programs, primarily using Matillion Cloud, and ensuring successful implementation of Data Platform projects. This includes conducting technical reviews, data validation, and end-to-end testing of ETL objects, as well as source data analysis and profiling.

Key duties involve handling multiple projects, delivering solution designs, and collaborating with architecture and business teams. You will translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for data models and ETL programs, ensuring alignment with business needs. This role also requires leading the development of project requirements for end-to-end data integration processes across structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in Data Warehousing (DWH) is essential, with at least 4 years specifically focused on implementing DWH solutions on Snowflake. Proven experience in designing and implementing Data Platform projects in a large-scale enterprise data warehouse environment, including at least two successful Matillion with Snowflake implementations, is mandatory.

Proficiency in data security, data access controls, and Snowflake design is required. You should be skilled in designing data warehouses and guiding teams in implementation using Snowflake SnowSQL, along with experience migrating data from on-premise databases and files to Snowflake. A strong understanding of ELT/ETL concepts, integration design best practices, and performance tuning of Snow pipelines, with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly, is also necessary. Experience with Snowsql, Snowpipe, and Snowpark is expected.
