Seeking a skilled Subcontractor to enhance our testing services. This role focuses on ensuring the quality and stability of ServiceNow implementations through rigorous automated and manual testing.

We are looking for a proactive individual who can contribute to our testing strategies and drive automation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach to working within a dynamic SDLC environment.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF, validating various ServiceNow modules and integrations across releases, and supporting upgrade testing activities.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining regression test suites, meticulously logging and tracking defects, and providing release readiness recommendations.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams, contribution to test strategy, and driving test automation improvements are integral to this role.

Essential skills include proficiency in ServiceNow Testing, mandatory ServiceNow ATF expertise, and experience in Functional & Regression Testing and Defect Management.

A strong understanding of Test Planning & Execution and Agile/Scrum methodologies is required.

While not mandatory, experience with Playwright, Selenium, API Testing, GitHub Enterprise, and ServiceNow Upgrade Testing & Release Validation will be considered a significant advantage.
