As a Gen AI Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. This includes building and integrating AI agents, workflows, and orchestration frameworks for diverse enterprise use cases. You will create proof-of-concepts (POCs) to showcase GenAI capabilities and business value, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Your role will involve implementing and optimizing LLM-based applications, focusing on prompt engineering and RAG architectures. Identifying and mitigating potential risks, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting production deployment and continuous improvement are key aspects of this position. Staying abreast of the latest trends in Generative AI and agentic AI systems is crucial.

We are seeking individuals with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with strong programming skills, particularly in Python. Hands-on experience in building Generative AI applications and agent-based systems is essential, along with a solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and AI orchestration. Experience with developing POCs, familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required. The ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and demonstrate strong communication and collaboration is vital. Eagerness to learn and adapt to the evolving AI landscape is highly valued.
