Seeking an experienced Automation Tester with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud to join our team.

This role involves developing and executing both automated and manual test cases to ensure the quality of Oracle HCM Cloud applications.

You will be instrumental in validating key business processes, including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits.

Design and implement automated test scripts using tools like OpKey.

Execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases to identify defects.

Actively participate in requirement analysis, test case creation, and defect management cycles.

Maintain test data integrity and support ongoing test execution.

Collaborate closely with QA leads and functional consultants to deliver high-quality software within project deadlines.

Proven experience as an Automation Tester, specifically with Oracle HCM Cloud applications.

A minimum of 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM testing is required.

Familiarity with OpKey is essential for this role.

Demonstrated ability to validate Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits modules.

Strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle, including test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
