Seeking a skilled Subcontractor with expertise in Dynatrace to lead end-to-end implementation and configuration across diverse environments. This role involves deep technical involvement in deploying and optimizing the Dynatrace platform for enterprise clients.

You will be instrumental in defining observability strategies, leveraging AI for proactive problem management, and ensuring seamless integration with various tools and platforms. This position requires a strong understanding of cloud-native technologies and best practices for monitoring and performance management.

Architect and deploy Dynatrace solutions in on-premises, SaaS, and hybrid cloud settings. Configure Dynatrace components, including OneAgent and ActiveGate, for comprehensive monitoring. Design custom dashboards, SLOs, and alerting rules to align with business objectives. Instrument applications across various languages and containerized environments. Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines, ITSM tools, and communication platforms.

Establish robust full-stack observability strategies, utilizing Davis AI for root cause analysis and anomaly detection. Implement log ingestion pipelines and build cloud monitoring coverage for AWS, Azure, and GCP. Support SLA compliance reporting for critical business services.

Possess deep, hands-on expertise in Dynatrace SaaS and Managed, including OneAgent, ActiveGate, SmartScape, and Davis AI. Proficiency in DQL, Grail data lakehouse, and Notebooks for advanced analytics is essential. A strong understanding of Dynatrace distributed tracing (PurePath), code-level diagnostics, and service flow mapping is required. Experience with Dynatrace Workflows, AutomationEngine, Site Reliability Guardian, and Business Analytics is also needed.

Act as a technical subject matter expert, providing architectural design for scalable observability frameworks in multi-cloud environments. Engage effectively with client stakeholders at all levels, conducting product demonstrations and training sessions. Author technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
