Seeking a seasoned Java Full Stack Lead to architect and develop robust, scalable enterprise software solutions. This role involves guiding engineering teams across backend, frontend, and cloud environments.

Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in Java and Spring Boot, coupled with strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or React. A deep understanding of object-oriented design and multi-tier application development is essential.

Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of complex multi-tier applications using Java, J2EE technologies, and related frameworks. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and SOAP-based web services, ensuring adherence to enterprise security architecture and best practices.

Contribute to requirement analysis and architectural discussions, creating high-level and detailed designs. Oversee the delivery of multiple modules, manage production support, and monitor application performance. Collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

A minimum of 6 to 12 years of professional experience in Java full-stack development is required. Expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, database technologies (SQL/PL/SQL), and frontend frameworks like Angular or React is mandatory. Proficiency in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and unit testing frameworks (Junit, Mockito) is expected.

Experience with enterprise security, identity and access management tools, and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, ADO) is beneficial. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is necessary. Prior experience in Healthcare, Medicaid, or US Healthcare Insurance domains is preferred.
