Seeking an experienced Subcontractor with a strong background in Blue Yonder/JDA Warehouse Management Systems. This role involves implementing various versions of the WMS and understanding its core functionalities and configurations. A key aspect is documenting user stories based on gathered requirements and configuring the BY WMS effectively.

Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication and client management skills. The position requires a deep understanding of the warehouse domain to develop and maintain technical and business knowledge.

Implement various versions of Blue Yonder/JDA WMS, demonstrating a thorough understanding of core functionalities and configurations. Analyze trace files to fix configuration-related issues and serve as the primary point of contact for user issues during test cycles. Provide essential support during Go Live, collaborating closely with process leads, warehouse users, and the IT technical team. Deliver hypercare support post-implementation and develop/maintain in-depth technical and business knowledge of the warehouse management domain.

A minimum of 8 years of experience is required, with a strong focus on Blue Yonder (JDA) Warehouse Management Systems. Proficiency in core WMS functionalities, configurations, and understanding warehouse maps is essential. Demonstrated ability to gather high-level requirements, document user stories, and configure BY WMS. Experience with Redprairie WMS and knowledge of WMS migration are considered advantageous. Strong analytical skills for issue resolution and excellent communication and client management capabilities are expected.
