Design, develop, and configure robust Windchill solutions aligned with enterprise PLM strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

Customize and extend Windchill PDMLink functionalities, including workflows, lifecycles, and access controls. Configure Part Classification structures and attribute models for standardized data management.

Integrate Windchill with essential enterprise applications such as CAD tools (Creo, AutoCAD), ERP systems, and other relevant platforms. Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and develop scalable, secure solution frameworks.

Leverage AI-assisted development and automation to streamline processes, enhance code quality, and accelerate delivery timelines. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and adhere to development standards.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required, coupled with 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in PTC Windchill implementation, development, and customization.

Demonstrate strong expertise in Windchill architecture, PDMLink configuration, and core functionalities like workflows, lifecycles, and change management. Proficiency in Java/J2EE, AngularJS, JSP, Servlets, MVC frameworks, and object-oriented programming is essential.

Experience with web services (RESTful, SOAP), data formats (XML, JSON), and Unix/Linux scripting is mandatory. Familiarity with AI applications in PLM development is a significant advantage.

Proven ability to integrate Windchill with CAD and ERP systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate effectively within global enterprise settings. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills are expected.
