Birlasoft, a global leader in Cloud, AI, and Digital technologies, seeks an ASPICE Consultant to guide organizations in achieving ASPICE Level 3. This role involves comprehensive process planning, definition, and refinement across various ASPICE process areas, alongside quality assurance for IAV-SAAR unit testing projects. Experience with AUTOSAR BSW Models and reviewing C/C++ code for AUTOSAR modules is essential. You will also be responsible for training new hires on ASPICE processes and managing daily project updates and status calls.

Develop and implement ASPICE roadmaps up to Level 3. Define, refine, and plan processes for ASPICE SWE, SYS, SUP, and MAN areas. Conduct quality assurance activities for unit testing projects. Review C/C++ code developed for AUTOSAR modules. Train freshers on ASPICE processes. Maintain daily project trackers and lead status meetings.

Possess 4-6 years of experience in ASPICE implementation and process improvement. Strong understanding of ASPICE SWE 1-6, SYS 1-5, SUP 1, 8-10, MAN 3 & 5. Experience with AUTOSAR BSW Models and code reviews for AUTOSAR modules is required. Familiarity with functional safety management (ISO 26262), including safety plans and cases.
