As a Cross-Function Support Reporting Analyst within Security Technology Services (STS) and Information Security, you will support and manage security products and services. Your role will encompass analytics and reporting, service reviews, improvements, and transitions.

Key duties include analyzing security tool data to produce insightful reports, developing and maintaining dashboards with key security metrics, and collaborating with security support teams for data gathering. You will ensure data accuracy and relevance in all reports, prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management, and identify trends within security data to guide strategic decisions.

To excel in this role, a degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is required. You should have 5-7 years of experience in Information Technology within a global firm. Advanced proficiency in Power BI and DAX is essential, along with knowledge of Azure Data Explorer, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and Log Analytics.

Familiarity with data analysis scripting languages like Python (including libraries such as pandas, NumPy) or PowerShell is necessary. Experience with Azure SQL and database management systems for ETL processes is also crucial. Certifications in data visualization or analytics platforms are highly desirable. Conceptual knowledge of security applications, technologies, and operating systems, including Cloud technologies, is expected. Proficiency in Azure Cloud services, particularly Azure security tools, is a must.
