As an STS Cross-Function Automation Engineer, you'll engineer, enable, and operate enterprise automation platforms crucial for security operations, process orchestration, and cross-functional service integrations within Security Technology Services (STS).

This role focuses on administering automation platforms, facilitating integrations, managing access, supporting onboarding, and ensuring operational excellence. You'll collaborate with Information Security, Enterprise Technology, business stakeholders, and vendors to maintain secure, scalable, and reliable automation platforms, driving adoption and efficiency.

Engineer, administer, and optimize enterprise automation platforms for enhanced security and efficiency. Enable seamless integrations via APIs, connectors, webhooks, and enterprise services. Manage robust access governance, including RBAC, authentication, and authorization. Support the onboarding of new automation use cases for security, operations, and business functions. Establish and enforce platform standards, governance controls, and operational best practices. Oversee platform lifecycle management, including upgrades, migrations, and enhancements. Monitor platform health and performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure strict compliance with security, audit, and governance requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to platforms, integrations, and workflows. Collaborate effectively with business, technology, security, and vendor teams to deliver cutting-edge automation capabilities.

Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cyber Security, or a related discipline. Bring 7+ years of experience in Automation Platform Engineering, Security Operations, IT Operations, or Enterprise Technology. Demonstrate proven experience managing enterprise automation, orchestration, or security automation platforms. Utilize hands-on expertise with APIs, webhooks, connectors, integrations, service accounts, certificates, and secrets management. Apply in-depth knowledge of RBAC, IAM, SSO, MFA, OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect. Showcase experience integrating enterprise applications, security tools, ITSM platforms, and cloud services. Understand security governance, compliance, audit, and access management controls. Exhibit strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving capabilities. Possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
