This Strategy & Operations Lead role is pivotal to our PEO & HRS product, a key growth area within our organization. You will be the operational backbone, ensuring seamless integration of software capabilities with customer value through expert execution and continuous improvement.

You will spearhead strategic initiatives by translating annual goals into measurable operating plans and OKRs, collaborating closely with senior leadership.

Drive process enhancements by identifying bottlenecks and designing scalable systems, including workflows and product improvements, to support growth without proportional headcount increases.

Lead high-impact special projects that transcend conventional operational silos.

Manage organizational changes effectively, guiding teams through structural shifts, tool adoption, and evolving business models with minimal disruption.

Develop and maintain key operational dashboards, providing executive-level insights and performance narratives.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a premier institution or equivalent practical experience is required.

We are seeking candidates with 4-6 years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, or high-growth operational roles.

Exceptional analytical abilities are essential, with proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Looker, Tableau, and advanced Excel.

Demonstrated success in influencing executive stakeholders and articulating complex operational or technical challenges into clear, actionable choices is crucial.
