Define, structure, launch, and lead strategic and operational initiatives for gTech Ads Solutions teams, serving as a key strategic advisor to leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders to gather essential information, context, and drive business analysis through effective project communication and management. Facilitate critical business decision-making by partnering with various teams and fostering the cross-pollination of insights and learnings. Support gTech Ads Solutions leadership in the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, including global priorities. Provide oversight and coordination for standalone business initiatives, actively removing roadblocks to execution and resolving conflicts.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. Possess at least 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or a corporate advisory role. An MBA degree is preferred. Experience in a management consulting firm or substantial project management experience in a strategy function within software, internet, media industries, or early-stage companies is highly valued. Demonstrated experience in leading operational and cross-functional initiatives. Proven ability in executive stakeholder management and engaging in strategic conversations with internal leaders.
