Serve as a strategic advisor to LCS directors and industry heads, leveraging data-driven insights to challenge and inform business leaders. Identify revenue drivers and scale successful commercial approaches across various verticals. Lead comprehensive strategic projects and market analyses to discover new revenue streams, resolve complex commercial challenges, and drive high-priority growth initiatives from conception to completion. Address systemic business, policy, and regulatory obstacles by developing compelling business cases to influence global product and policy roadmaps, thereby enhancing commercial agility. Spearhead the strategic implementation, workflow integration, and adoption of AI-powered sales tools across India LCS, shaping the future of Google's sales engine. Co-author the India LCS annual strategy and multi-year Go-to-Market (GTM) plan, translating macroeconomic industry trends into practical resource allocation, quota and incentive design, and organizational priorities.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. A minimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory roles is essential. Preferred qualifications include demonstrated experience in developing go-to-market strategies, leading end-to-end strategy projects, and identifying new revenue opportunities within competitive technology, consulting, or digital media environments. A strong understanding of digital advertising, customer segmentation, and commercial operations, coupled with experience in designing coverage models, product/policy business cases, or sales transformation programs, is highly valued. Candidates should be adept at dissecting ambiguous, cross-functional problems using data insights and translating them into clear, actionable recommendations.
