Job description

Join our innovative People Operations team as a Strategist focused on transforming service and infrastructure. You will lead the complete design and execution of these critical initiatives across the organization. This role involves close collaboration with business strategy, AI, platform, and technical teams to translate overarching goals into practical, scalable operational frameworks. Additionally, you will develop and implement targeted go-to-market strategies to ensure widespread adoption and maximize value.

This position is ideal for someone who excels at shaping and driving projects from inception to completion. You will be instrumental in building future-state service strategies and infrastructure, acting as a catalyst for positive change for our People Operations teams and all Googlers.

Responsibilities

Spearhead high-impact, complex transformation initiatives from initial concept through to full deployment. Develop strategies to tackle intricate operational challenges, effectively lead cross-functional teams without direct authority, and define key performance metrics. Establish robust post-launch governance structures to monitor and ensure long-term return on investment.

Serve as a critical link between business strategy and technical solutions. Author comprehensive business cases and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) that translate complex operational and service workflows into clear, actionable technical specifications, ensuring alignment with People Operations priorities.

Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies and integrated partner solutions. Implement bidirectional, closed-loop feedback mechanisms between partner organizations and STACK. Lead the successful activation and rollout of new service solutions, while systematically channeling business priorities and user insights back into future roadmap development.

Champion data-driven decision-making. Analyze People Operations service metrics and user feedback to pinpoint system bottlenecks, quantify transformation ROI, and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

We are looking for 8 years of experience in consulting, strategy and operations, or service delivery roles. Proven experience in leading change initiatives and managing executive stakeholders is essential.

Preferred qualifications include experience in AI Operations, post-launch solution maintenance, and governance. Experience in successfully launching and managing AI transformation initiatives is highly valued. Technical proficiency with core HR systems such as Salesforce and Workday is beneficial. Demonstrated ability to partner with and develop communications for executive leaders is a plus. The capacity to navigate ambiguity and organizational complexities effectively, along with the ability to analyze intricate business processes, identify pain points, and pinpoint high-impact opportunities, will contribute to success in this role.
