As the Strategic Partner Manager for Pixel for Business, you will spearhead and expand the Pixel and hardware business across Enterprise, SMB, Government, Education, and Secure Devices procurement, with a significant focus on the Indian market. Your role will involve identifying and nurturing strategic opportunities, pioneering business models for emerging trends like On-Device AI and SMB solutions, and developing bespoke market solutions. You will collaborate extensively with a wide array of internal and external stakeholders to craft and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for Pixel Business.
Key responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new enterprise business opportunities for account refreshes and new acquisitions. You will lead impactful customer engagements with strategic partners, resellers, and mobility providers. Collaborating with channel partner leadership, you'll develop and execute business development plans, offering essential enablement programs, training, and tools. Advise enterprise clients and partners on transformative business, digital, and workplace solutions aligned with current market demands.
Develop strategic account plans to increase the adoption of the Google Pixel platform and its ecosystem. Execute joint account plans collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive device refreshes, expansion, and net-new business growth. Establish scalable, impactful reference stories that can be replicated across various industry verticals. Utilize solution-selling and IT enterprise architecture expertise to optimize workflows and strategic operations. Innovate commercial models with cross-functional teams to foster sustainable, long-term business expansion.
We require a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 7 years of experience is expected in B2B sales, business development, sales operations, channel partner management, and enterprise technology consulting. Experience in a consultative sales role, offering business solutions and crafting B2B channel partner growth strategies for enterprise clients, is essential. Proficiency in enterprise sales, including negotiating and facilitating agreements, is also a must. Candidates should have experience managing the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and agreement finalization.
Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or an advanced degree. The ability to deliver credible, strategic recommendations to senior executives is highly valued. Candidates should possess strong skills in managing complex, multi-stakeholder business cycles effectively. Excellent analytical capabilities to assess market trends, understand customer needs, and analyze competitive intelligence are important. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with C-level executives, are essential.
