We're seeking a strategic leader to manage key partnerships with media companies at YouTube. This role demands a deep understanding of the Media and Entertainment landscape and YouTube's impact within it. You'll foster mutually beneficial relationships, leverage strategic thinking, and lead complex cross-functional initiatives. Collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Legal, Product, and Partnerships teams will be essential.

Cultivate and grow commercial and strategic alliances with major partners in TV, Movies, and Sports.

Oversee and enhance partner performance on YouTube, aiming to boost reach, watch time, and audience engagement.

Facilitate partner access to internal opportunities, including new product rollouts, content financing, and initiatives for Connected TV.

Drive the establishment of partner goals and ensure alignment with Marketing, Operations, Sales, and other relevant departments.

Track and report on performance within various media segments, identifying emerging trends and opportunities across different audience demographics.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

Four years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking are necessary.

Demonstrated experience engaging with C-level executives and collaborating across all management levels.

Proven ability to manage agreements and nurture partnerships.
