Design compelling trade-in and device exchange programs, attractive financing offers, promotional bundles, and optimize channel merchandising and customer experience. Collaborate with merchandising and site operations teams to refine the customer journey, product discovery, and pricing.

Oversee trade-in valuation processes, checkout conversion flows, and payment partner integrations. Ensure alignment with omnichannel strategies and partner activities. Coordinate go-to-market strategies with third-party retailers and national distributors to maintain healthy channel harmony and brand positioning.

Partner with supply chain, logistics, and Merchant of Record (MoR) partners to manage inventory allocation, order fulfillment, and returns.

Qualifications
