Become a pivotal figure at the EY.ai Center for Reimagination as an Assistant Director, Storyteller. This role is central to articulating EY’s AI-driven vision, industry trends, and client success stories through captivating and immersive experiences for senior client executives. You will be instrumental in leading high-level visits, guiding leaders through curated journeys, and ensuring every touchpoint powerfully connects technology, business strategy, and human impact. Your unique perspective will help shape and deliver the EY.ai narrative with credibility and inspiration.

Champion client and leadership visits as the primary experience anchor within the EY.ai Center. Lead executive-level discussions, guiding visitors through diverse experience zones like Megatrends, Sectors, Use Cases, and Future Scenarios. Tailor your storytelling approach to align with visitor profiles, industry nuances, and specific business contexts.

Develop, refine, and continuously enhance compelling storytelling scripts and narratives across all experience touchpoints. Translate intricate AI, data, and technology concepts into clear, business-relevant narratives, firmly rooted in actual EY client achievements. Ensure all narratives consistently reflect EY's global messaging, sector priorities, and established brand standards.

Personalize narrative delivery for each engagement, incorporating sector focus, client branding, regional relevance, and prevailing business challenges. Collaborate closely with content, technology, AV, and operations teams to guarantee seamless integration of storytelling elements with technical execution across all devices and stations.

Work collaboratively with sector leaders, account teams, and CFR leadership to strategically define visit agendas and desired outcomes. Actively participate in rehearsals, dry runs, and walkthroughs to ensure a high level of preparedness and confidence for all key visits.

The ideal candidate possesses 9-16+ years of experience in fields such as Client Experience Facilitation, Innovation, Consulting, Strategy, Transformation, or Experience Design leadership. Proven ability to engage effectively with senior leaders and CXOs in critical settings is essential. Prior exposure to Big 4 or Tier-1 consulting/technology firms is highly advantageous.

Core competencies include exceptional executive-level storytelling and facilitation skills, coupled with robust business acumen that bridges AI, technology, and strategic imperatives. You should exhibit outstanding verbal presence, confidence, and gravitas, with the agility to improvise while maintaining narrative integrity. Strong stakeholder management capabilities across global and regional teams are also crucial.

An MBA or Engineering degree from a respected institution is required, with a postgraduate qualification being preferred. This role demands a strategic mindset, focusing on shaping how EY's AI vision is perceived, trusted, and remembered by its most important clients.
