In this senior role, you will be instrumental in managing enterprise storage systems, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of technologies such as NetApp, Isilon, HP Primera, Nimble, and Dell Unity.

Key duties involve performing storage provisioning, LUN creation, volume group management, and host mappings. You will monitor system performance using management consoles and CLI tools, and implement replication, snapshots, and data reduction strategies. Responsibilities extend to applying firmware updates, managing hardware expansions, and troubleshooting complex storage issues.

Furthermore, you will provide SAN zoning, iSCSI/FC connectivity, and LUN masking. Collaboration with virtualization, backup, and database teams is essential. The role also includes planning and executing disaster recovery simulations, data migrations, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

You will handle incident and change management, generate capacity and trending reports, and ensure adherence to ITIL practices. Experience with IT Asset Management tools like ServiceNow is valuable. This position requires strong problem-solving abilities and effective collaboration with technical and business stakeholders to design optimal storage solutions.

The ideal candidate possesses 7-8 years of specialized experience in storage systems integration and management.

We require strong expertise in configuring, monitoring, and maintaining enterprise storage technologies including NetApp, Isilon, HP Primera, Nimble, and Dell Unity. Excellent troubleshooting skills are paramount, along with the ability to work independently on Dell, HP, and NetApp storage responsibilities.

A solid understanding of RTO/RPO, disaster recovery, and data lifecycle management is necessary. Proficiency in providing SAN zoning, iSCSI/FC connectivity, and LUN masking for various host environments (Linux, Windows, VMware) is crucial.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service and managing challenging situations, are expected. Detail orientation, a customer-focused approach, result delivery, and analytical thinking are key attributes.

Familiarity with ITIL practices and experience with IT Asset Management tools such as ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is beneficial. The role demands initiative and sound judgment in problem resolution and decision-making.
