This position involves comprehensive management of enterprise storage systems, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of technologies such as NetApp, Isilon, HP Primera, Nimble, and Dell Unity. You will be responsible for performing storage provisioning, LUN creation, volume group management, and host mappings.

Key duties include monitoring system performance and health using management consoles and CLI tools. You will configure replication, snapshots, thin clones, and data reduction technologies, along with applying firmware updates and managing hardware expansions. Understanding RTO/RPO, disaster recovery, and data lifecycle management is essential. The role also encompasses troubleshooting storage issues and providing SAN zoning, iSCSI/FC connectivity, and LUN masking for various host environments.

We are looking for candidates with 7-8 years of relevant storage experience and a strong background in managing enterprise storage systems. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently are vital.

Proficiency in performing storage provisioning, LUN creation, volume groups, and host mappings is required. You should possess a good understanding of RTO/RPO, disaster recovery, and data lifecycle management. Experience with industry-leading IT Asset Management tools like ServiceNow is beneficial, as is a good understanding of ITIL practices.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service, are necessary. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, result-driven, and possess strong analytical thinking abilities. Experience in incident and change management execution is also expected. Collaboration with virtualization, backup, and database teams to align storage with workload requirements is a core part of this role.
