This senior associate role focuses on advanced storage systems administration, requiring a deep understanding of enterprise-level storage technologies and a proven ability to manage and maintain critical storage infrastructure. Manage and maintain enterprise storage systems, including NetApp, Isilon, HP Primera, Nimble, and Dell Unity. Perform essential storage tasks such as provisioning, LUN creation, volume group management, and host mapping. Monitor storage performance and system health using management consoles and CLI tools. Configure and manage replication, snapshots, thin clones, and data reduction technologies. Execute firmware updates, hardware expansions, and drive replacements. Ensure robust disaster recovery and data lifecycle management, understanding RTO/RPO objectives. Troubleshoot complex storage issues related to performance, replication, and access control. Provide SAN zoning, iSCSI/FC connectivity, and LUN masking for various host environments (Linux, Windows, VMware). Collaborate with virtualization, backup, and database teams to align storage solutions with workload needs. Maintain accurate documentation, including configuration details, runbooks, and topology diagrams. Execute incident and change management processes effectively. Generate and manage capacity and trending reports for system operations. Utilize IT Asset Management tools, such as ServiceNow, for ticketing and incident tracking.

A minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in storage systems administration is required. Demonstrated strong experience in managing enterprise-level storage systems is essential. Proficiency in configuring, monitoring, and maintaining NetApp, Isilon, HP Primera, Nimble, and Dell Unity storage technologies. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently on storage responsibilities. Solid understanding of RTO/RPO, disaster recovery, and data lifecycle management principles. Experience in providing SAN zoning, iSCSI/FC connectivity, and LUN masking for Linux, Windows, and VMware hosts. Familiarity with ITIL practices and experience with industry-leading IT Asset Management or ticketing tools like ServiceNow. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service and handling challenging situations.
