Seeking a seasoned Storage Systems Administration Senior Associate with 5-6 years of dedicated experience in enterprise storage environments. This role involves hands-on management and maintenance of critical storage infrastructure.

We are looking for a proactive individual with strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities to ensure optimal system performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will be adept at working independently and collaboratively to address complex storage challenges.

Key responsibilities include configuring, monitoring, and maintaining diverse storage technologies such as NetApp, Isilon, HP Primera, Nimble, and Dell Unity. You will perform essential tasks like storage provisioning, LUN creation, and host mapping, alongside monitoring system health and performance using management consoles and CLI tools.

The role also encompasses managing replication, snapshots, thin clones, and data reduction features. Applying firmware updates, handling hardware expansions, and troubleshooting performance and access issues are also critical. Furthermore, you will be involved in providing SAN zoning, iSCSI/FC connectivity, and LUN masking for various host environments, ensuring seamless integration with virtualization, backup, and database teams.

A strong background in enterprise storage systems is essential, with a minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting NetApp, Isilon, HP Primera, Nimble, and Dell Unity storage technologies is required.

Candidates should possess excellent troubleshooting skills, a deep understanding of RTO/RPO, disaster recovery, and data lifecycle management. Familiarity with ITIL practices and experience with IT Asset Management tools like ServiceNow are highly desirable. Strong communication skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to manage incident and change processes are crucial for success in this position.
