Seeking an experienced Storage Systems Administration Analyst with 5-6 years of dedicated experience to manage enterprise storage solutions. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal performance, availability, and integrity of our storage infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various storage technologies and a proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our storage environment, aligning it with business and technical requirements.

Manage and maintain enterprise storage systems, including NetApp, Isilon, HP Primera, Nimble, and Dell Unity.

Perform essential storage operations such as provisioning, LUN creation, volume group configuration, and host mapping.

Monitor system performance and health using both graphical interfaces and command-line tools.

Implement and manage replication, snapshots, thin clones, and data reduction features.

Execute firmware updates, handle drive replacements, and plan for hardware expansions.

Troubleshoot storage-related issues concerning performance, replication, and access.

Provide SAN zoning, iSCSI/FC connectivity, and LUN masking for diverse host environments (Linux, Windows, VMware).

Collaborate with virtualization, backup, and database teams to ensure storage meets workload demands.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, runbooks, and network topology.

Execute incident and change management processes, contributing to ITIL best practices.

Generate and analyze capacity and trending reports for system operations.

Work with stakeholders to define storage needs and develop effective solutions.

A minimum of 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in storage systems administration is required.

Demonstrated expertise in managing enterprise-level storage technologies such as NetApp, Isilon, HP Primera, Nimble, and Dell Unity.

Proficiency in storage provisioning, LUN creation, volume groups, and host mappings.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work autonomously on storage responsibilities.

Familiarity with RTO/RPO concepts, disaster recovery strategies, and data lifecycle management.

Experience with SAN zoning, iSCSI/FC connectivity, and LUN masking for various operating systems and virtualization platforms.

Knowledge of ITIL practices and experience with IT Asset Management tools like ServiceNow is essential.
