Seeking a seasoned Storage Architect to design, implement, and manage robust enterprise storage solutions. This role requires extensive experience with leading storage platforms, including Dell EMC's PowerStore, Unity, PowerMax, ECS Object Storage, and Isilon (PowerScale), as well as NetApp ONTAP.

Key responsibilities include developing High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents, overseeing deployment and migration activities, and ensuring optimal storage performance, capacity, and availability. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAN/NAS protocols and demonstrate strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Architect and deploy enterprise-grade storage systems, encompassing Dell EMC and NetApp technologies.

Design and implement solutions using PowerStore, Unity, PowerMax, ECS Object Storage, Isilon/PowerScale, and NetApp ONTAP.

Develop detailed HLD, LLD, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and audit-ready documentation.

Manage and optimize storage performance, capacity, and availability.

Execute installation, configuration, and migration tasks, ensuring high availability and seamless data access.

Perform root cause analysis and lead problem management for complex storage issues.

Collaborate with backup, cloud, virtualization, and other cross-functional teams to ensure integrated solutions.

Demonstrated expertise in Dell Storage (PowerStore, Unity, PowerMax) and Dell ECS Object Storage (S3, Buckets, Namespace).

Proficiency with Dell Isilon/PowerScale (NFS, SMB, SmartPools, SyncIQ) and NetApp ONTAP.

Strong command of storage protocols including SAN/NAS (FC, iSCSI, NFS, SMB, CIFS).

Proven experience in architecting solutions with HLD, LLD, and comprehensive documentation.

Skilled in storage deployment, migration, performance analysis, and troubleshooting.

Experience with NetApp C Mode, including cluster configuration, SVM/volume replication, LIFs setup, and storage efficiency is essential.

Familiarity with tools such as NetApp Active IQ Manager, OCUM, and OnCommand System Manager for performance analysis and troubleshooting.

Ability to plan and execute patch/microcode upgrades and data migrations.

Experience with Disaster Recovery (DR) configuration and implementation.

Excellent communication skills to translate technical requirements and mentor support teams.
