Lead the STARLIMS support team, providing mentorship to junior consultants and ensuring adherence to best practices and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Offer technical solutioning and design expertise for new enhancements, and meticulously review workflows, configurations, and development deliverables.

Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Application Support to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Address complex STARLIMS issues, conduct thorough root cause analysis, and ensure rapid resolution times. Resolve integration challenges with external systems and laboratory instruments, while managing large support engagements including minor enhancements and production fixes.

Ensure the reliability of data exchange and compliance with data integrity standards. Manage access provisioning, master data, and maintain the validated status of the system.

Demonstrate strong STARLIMS configuration and development expertise. Possess deep domain knowledge within pharmaceutical or biotech Quality Control (QC) laboratories.

Exhibit hands-on experience with ITIL processes and working within regulated environments. Showcase excellent troubleshooting and analytical proficiencies. Highlight strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Familiarity with the validation lifecycle (IQ/OQ/PQ) is essential. Exposure to automation technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or Agentic AI is considered advantageous.
