We seek a leader with robust technical program management expertise and a deep understanding of software product development. Your ability to collaborate with global stakeholders, manage dependencies and risks, and establish release governance will be key to ensuring successful Digital Viewer releases that meet stringent scope, quality, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards.

GE Healthcare is a pioneer in medical technology and digital solutions, committed to improving lives. Embark on a journey where your ambitions can shape world-changing realities in an environment that values every voice and fosters a healthier world.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end execution of CVUS Digital Viewer releases, from initial planning and architectural alignment through development, integration, verification, and deployment readiness.

Develop and maintain comprehensive, multi-generational program and release plans aligned with the product and technology roadmap.

Collaborate closely with Product Management, Software Architects, and Engineering leadership to define product scope, guide architectural evolution, and sequence releases.

Coordinate efforts across Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, V&V, Automation, Cybersecurity, Quality, Regulatory, Service, and DevOps teams.

Drive the successful delivery of on-premises, cloud, and hybrid components, addressing critical dependencies for deployment, data integration, and platform services.

Establish robust program operating mechanisms, overseeing milestones, scope, dependencies, risks, defects, quality, cybersecurity, and release readiness.

Proactively identify and resolve cross-team roadblocks and interdependencies, escalating issues with clear impact assessments and recommended solutions.

Manage program risks, scope changes, technical dependencies, and unforeseen events throughout the product lifecycle.

Ensure comprehensive release readiness by partnering with Engineering, Systems, and V&V teams, verifying all quality evidence and stakeholder deliverables are complete.

Partner with Quality and Regulatory to ensure program execution adheres to medical-device software lifecycle and design-control requirements.

Maintain transparent stakeholder communication and provide regular progress reports to engineering, product, and senior leadership.

Champion data-driven program management through the development of automated dashboards for execution, defects, quality, risk, and release readiness.

Drive operational efficiency by promoting workflow automation and leveraging digital and AI-enabled tools for planning, reporting, and execution.

Foster best practices in program management, Agile execution, continuous improvement, and lessons learned across the CVUS Digital organization.
