A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is essential, complemented by a minimum of 8 years of hands-on programming in C++, Java, Python, Kotlin, or Go.

Demonstrate 5 years of experience in testing and launching software products, alongside 3 years of expertise in software design and architecture. A Master's degree or PhD in a related technical field is preferred, along with 8 years of experience in data structures and algorithms.

Ideal candidates will have 3 years in a technical leadership capacity, guiding project teams and setting technical direction. Experience with B2B or e-commerce software, particularly with C++, and a strong understanding of Google's software development principles are highly advantageous.
