A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, along with 8 years of dedicated software development experience.

Demonstrate 5 years of experience in testing and launching software products, alongside 3 years focused on software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in a relevant technical field, 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms, and 3 years in a technical leadership capacity setting project direction. Experience in complex, cross-functional project environments is also highly valued.
