A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 8 years of programming experience in languages such as C++, Java, Python, Kotlin, or Go.

Demonstrated experience of 5 years in testing and launching software products, alongside 3 years in software design and architecture, is essential. A proven track record of integrating generative AI tools or Large Language Model (LLM) interfaces into workflows is also a key requirement.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in a related technical field, 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms, and 3 years in a technical leadership capacity. Experience in complex, matrixed organizations and 1 year of production experience with Generative AI, RAG, or agentic frameworks is highly valued.
