A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, alongside 8 years of professional software development experience. Candidates must possess 5 years of experience in ML design and ML infrastructure, including areas like model deployment, evaluation, data processing, debugging, and fine-tuning.

Further specialization is needed with 5 years of experience in at least one of the following: speech/audio technology, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another ML specialization. Additionally, 5 years of experience in testing and launching software products is essential, complemented by 3 years of experience in software design and architecture. Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows is also a key requirement.

Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Ideal candidates will have 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms, and 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, guiding project teams and setting technical direction. Experience building or leveraging agentic frameworks and Large Language Model (LLM)-powered automation is highly valued, as is experience with building classifiers, machine learning, Artificial Intelligence (AI), ranking, and research.
