Ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of Search Intelligence features at Google's scale, specifically addressing the unique needs of the Indian market, is a core responsibility. You will also provide technical leadership on high-impact projects, managing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. Facilitating alignment and clarity across team goals, outcomes, and timelines will be crucial for project success.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, along with 8 years of experience in software development. Candidates must possess 5 years of experience in ML design and infrastructure, covering aspects like model deployment, evaluation, data processing, debugging, and fine-tuning.

Further requirements include 5 years of experience in specialized ML fields such as speech/audio, reinforcement learning, or ML infrastructure. Additionally, 5 years of experience testing and launching software products, coupled with 3 years of experience in software design and architecture, is necessary. Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows is also a key requirement.
