As a Staff Software Engineer, you will architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, secure, and robust solutions. You'll independently lead and deliver large features, collaborate effectively on complex projects, and solve challenging technical problems.

Your role involves translating business requirements into technical designs, mentoring junior engineers, and driving the technical roadmap and architecture for your team. You will also contribute to code quality and testing standards, acting as a technical lead and gaining exposure to strategic business and technical leadership.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field and a minimum of 8 years of programming experience. An ideal candidate will have a proven ability to exercise independent judgment and experience in scaling products.

Familiarity with our technology stack, including Python, Django, React, MongoDB, AWS, and GoLang, is preferred.
