Lead the architectural vision and development of core tax remittance products handling substantial global financial flows.

Design and implement robust, end-to-end pipelines for tax payment orchestration, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance.

Develop and optimize distributed systems for high-throughput, multi-currency tax remittances, including handling cut-offs, retries, and failure recovery.

Champion technical excellence, focusing on reliability, observability, security, and audit readiness in a critical domain.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to define roadmaps and enable new product features and geographical expansion.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of high performance and ownership through design reviews and operational best practices.

A minimum of 9 years of software engineering experience is required, with at least 3 years dedicated to architectural leadership and designing consumer-facing systems.

Demonstrated expertise in backend development, distributed systems architecture, and building large-scale data pipelines is essential.

Hands-on experience with data processing frameworks and a deep understanding of building and scaling real-time, high-throughput systems are crucial.

Proven experience in developing consumer-grade applications with a focus on user experience, coupled with strong analytical and debugging skills.

Excellent communication abilities to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences are expected.
