A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, alongside a minimum of 8 years of programming experience in languages such as C++, Java, Go, or Python. Candidates must possess 5 years of experience in building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks, along with experience in compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.

Furthermore, 5 years of experience in testing and launching software products is necessary. A strong foundation in software design and architecture is essential, with at least 3 years of experience in these areas. A Master's degree or PhD in a related technical field, coupled with 8 years of experience in data structures and algorithms, is highly preferred. Experience in a technical leadership role, including project team management and setting technical direction, along with 3 years of experience in cross-functional projects, are also valuable.
