Provide expert technical leadership for critical, high-impact projects. Guide and mentor a global team of engineers, fostering collaboration and alignment on project goals, expected outcomes, and delivery timelines.

Successfully manage project priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software. Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and continuously improve large-scale software solutions that meet Google's exacting standards.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, alongside a minimum of 8 years of professional programming experience in languages like C++, Java, Python, Kotlin, or Go. You should also have 5 years of experience in software testing and launching products, plus 3 years dedicated to software design and architecture.

Demonstrated experience integrating generative AI tools or Large Language Model (LLM) interfaces into complex workflows is essential. A Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred, along with 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms, and 3 years in a technical leadership capacity.
