Ensure clear communication and alignment across teams regarding project goals, desired outcomes, and delivery timelines. Effectively manage project priorities, deadlines, and key deliverables. Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of large-scale software solutions.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. We seek candidates with a minimum of 8 years of programming experience in languages such as C++, Java, Python, Kotlin, or Go. Proven experience of 5 years in testing and successfully launching software products is essential. Demonstrated expertise with 3 years in software design and architecture is necessary.

Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Extensive experience, 8 years, with data structures and algorithms is highly valued.

Additional strengths include 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, guiding project teams and defining technical roadmaps.

Experience of 3 years working within complex, matrixed organizations on cross-functional or cross-business initiatives is also beneficial.
