A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. We seek candidates with at least 8 years of comprehensive software development experience. A minimum of 5 years dedicated to testing and launching software products is essential, alongside 3 years of proven experience in software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Candidates should possess 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms. Additionally, 3 years of experience in a technical leadership capacity, guiding project teams and setting technical direction, is highly desirable. Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations on cross-functional or cross-business projects is also a plus.
