Proactively identify and address technical debt to enhance system scalability, reliability, and testing. Work seamlessly with cross-functional partners to resolve dependencies and achieve integration goals.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience is required. Candidates must possess 8 years of experience in product development and proficiency in software development using general-purpose programming languages such as Java or JavaScript. Experience in architecting and developing distributed systems is also essential. Preferred qualifications include a Master's or PhD in Computer Science, experience leading software engineering teams, and a track record in defining technical charters and engineering processes for distributed teams.
