As a Staff Software Engineer, you will provide essential technical leadership for high-impact projects. You'll influence and mentor a distributed team of engineers, fostering alignment and clarity across teams on project goals and timelines. Your role involves managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing sophisticated, large-scale software solutions that push technological boundaries.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, coupled with a minimum of 8 years in software development. Essential experience includes 5 years in testing and launching software products, and 3 years dedicated to software design and architecture. A Master’s degree or PhD in a related technical field is preferred, along with 8 years of experience in data structures and algorithms. Additionally, 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, managing project teams and setting technical direction, along with 3 years in a complex, matrixed organization managing cross-functional projects, is highly advantageous.
